While I was in Kansas I noticed marketing materials on their Happier Hour (to compete with Sonic and Steak N Shake). Arbys was advertising 1/2 price drinks and shakes after 7PM. I can not find any info on their website, but I bet this is just like Steak N Shake- they are rolling it out and will get more ads out there.
